Hello guys I've found this program it's NOT a theme it's a program. It's a semi-xp front part that makes you feel you're on your p.c ....
First you have to install flash lite 2.1 Symbian s60V3 on your phone
Second you have to install the program Best XP THEME 3rd v1.4
thirdly install Best XP THEME Patch Icon change able 3rd
you'll find the program named "XP theme" in the application folder or in "my own"
run it and have fun....
Most of the S60v3 got built-in flash player so need to download it, but still I am uploading it in case u need it !! E N J O Y
